One time set-up fee: 1,000€ per brand

Pricing structure: Based on order volume over a 12 month period

Product specifications: 20 pouches per tub. Pouch weight 0.5 – 0.7 grams. Humidity 30-50%. Nicotine: 3-20mg per pouch. Shelf life 12 months.

Labels: Not included in the product price. Quoted separately by the label manufacturers we work with, costs from 0,025€ per tub (top, side, back). Label template, ingredient list, UFI provided by us.

Minimum order quantity: 10,080 tubs, divisible into up to 4 SKUs. Specific MOQs apply to portfolio flavors (2,400 tubs per SKU) and bespoke products (4,800 tubs)

Packaging: Tubs packed in 10 packs using transparent heat shrink foil. 240 tubs per master box (25x42x30 cm). 1 pallet accommodates 42 master boxes (10,080 tubs).

Payment terms: We only accept prepayment in full for our products. The payment needs to be done with a wire transfer.

Regulations: You need to have knowledge of the local regulations of your target market, and also any potential classification, labelling and packaging requirements.

Lead time: Depends on quantity. Generally 3-4 weeks. Lead time is communicated before payment and is held for 7 days. If payment is not received within this period, the lead time may be subject to change.

Shipping: EXW terms apply.
