We use a high-accuracy labelling machine that achieves perfect label positioning for showcasing your brand in an optimum manner.

Many nicotine pouch manufacturers use substandard labelling machines, which can lead to misaligned or inappropriately placed labels. We’ve invested in machinery that guarantees perfect labels on every tub we produce.

Packaging and label specifications:

• Plastic tubs with “waste bin” for used pouches integrated in the lid
• You can choose any color for the tub
• Size: 70mm diameter, 24mm height
• Packaged in 5 packs using transparent heat shrink foils
• 48 sets of 5 tubs per master box (25x43x30cm)
• 1 pallet accommodates 42 master boxes (10,080 tubs)

Tubs are ordered from a high-quality Swedish tub producer. We work together with you to order you tubs that perfectly compliment your branding.

Packaging customization
Our manufacturing line is made to handle standard 70mm x 24mm round cans. The labels can be Flexo or digitally printed depending on your requirements.
